Can I wash the resistance band?
Yes. Gently hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, then air dry completely. Avoid machine washing or drying, as heat can affect the elasticity and texture.
What’s the best way to store my Flow Kit?
Keep your mat and accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wipe them clean after each session and allow to air dry fully before storing. Your Flow Cards should be kept flat and away from moisture.
